Custom Channel Top Panels

Standard SEAM top panels incorporate a 0.063” and 0.080” pin. Custom top panels can be designed and fabricated to meet your specific needs. The example here, shows a custom top panel that has the 0.080” pin replaced with a 0.080” socket. If you have any questions or ideas that could help you to optimize your test configuration, contact info@calmtechnologies for continued support or to request a quote for customized top panels.

Test PCB and SRD Load Simulator

Various electronic and product issues are seen with all testers. Using these test PCB Boards and simulators can help to identify if the root cause is equipment or product related.

The Test PCB is a standardized simulated null electrode used for ACZ, DCO, Noise and Bias.

SDR Load simulators allow for three SDR test conditions: Fail 1 (both DCO and slope), Fail 2 (just slope) and Pass.

Each Test PCB and SDR Simulator comes with a certificate of conformance. Test PCBs should not be used without continued support from CALM Technologies. Contact info@calmtechnologies for more information or request a quote.

SEAM80 Interlocking Protective Shield

Measuring the performance of AED Electrodes requires the electrodes to be exposed to 360J. Due to the related safety risks when testing AED Electrodes, we have developed a Interlocking Protective Shield for the SEAM80. The sample electrodes are connected to the SEAM80 and placed in the holding tray to allow the protective shield to be closed. The SEAM80 testing sequence chosen will not start until the protective shield is secure. If at any time during the test sequence the protective shield is raised, the SEAM80 will halt testing to ensure operator safety. Contact info@calmtechnologies.com for more information.

SEAM Wall/Secure Mounts

The SEAM ECG Tester is a robust design allowing for secure mounting to any surface. Not enough work space in your test lab or need a SEAM unit out on the line? Mount your SEAM unit on the wall or secure to a cart for mobility. Contact info@calmtechnologies.com for more information.
