History

CALM Technologies was founded in 2006, and operated under the name Systems Technologies until March 2009, at which time the company formally changed its name to CALM Technologies Inc.

Initially, the company was focused on the completion and delivery and support of the eOSTEO bone-loss research system, a project on which the company's founders worked for a number of years prior to CALM's inception. After successfully delivering the hardware, eOSTEO and its sister payload eERISTO were flown on a Russian Soyuz rocket as part of the FOTON-M3 mission, in September of 2007.

While CALM Technologies has maintained its primary focus on space hardware development, it has branched out into developing more "grounded" technological products. CALM has a solid reputation for delivering robust systems designed exactly to our client’s specifications.
